Mindfulness-based Counseling
A safe, gentle, holding space for your inner exploration. I hold a mindfulness-based, person-centered approach to counseling which means I believe in your inherent wisdom, wholeness and agency ~ your ability to know yourself, choose for yourself and heal yourself. My intention here is to hold space for you so that all your parts and your full self feels welcome to come forth, and safe to be seen.
In addition to talking, these sessions may include visualization, inner child exploration, EFT, mindfulness practices, somatic practices, journaling, and art.
